Questions about plans and billing

What does dog salon software cost per month?

With FellDesk it is 0, 19, 39 or 79 euros per month, depending on how many clients you keep. Free covers up to 5 clients, Basic up to 20, Pro up to 50, Business any number. Pets and appointments are unlimited everywhere, and the feature set is identical across all four plans.

Are there commissions or per-appointment fees on top?

No. There is no commission per appointment, no setup fee, and no fee for exporting your data. The monthly amount is the full price.

Can I cancel monthly or switch plans?

Yes. There is no minimum term. You handle plan changes and cancellation yourself in the customer portal; billing runs through Stripe. After cancelling, your data stays accessible until the end of the paid period.

What happens if I add more than 5 clients on the Free plan?

Creating a sixth client is declined until you switch. Existing data stays untouched – and the number of pets per client as well as appointments are unlimited on the Free plan too.

Is FellDesk really permanently free in the Free plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can use FellDesk in the Free plan permanently for free – for up to 5 clients, with as many pets per client as you like and unlimited appointments. No credit card required.
