Software for dog grooming salons and groomersEvery dog comes with its own history.
How long does de-matting take for Fiete? Who bites when you clip their nails? When was Balu last in? FellDesk keeps that right where you need it — when you open the appointment, not in a notebook under the counter.

The profile knows the dog, not just the name
As a salon you get exactly the fields that matter at the table — no care schedules, no feeding plans, no clutter from an industry that isn't yours.
- Coat type / length – long, curly, tends to mat on the belly
- Behaviour while grooming – fidgety when blow-drying, bites when trimming nails
- Last groomed – free text
- Allergies – highlighted in red so nobody misses it

Three moments where it pays off
The phone booking
Ms. Sölken calls and wants "the usual". You see the service, duration and price from June — and instantly know whether the 2pm slot is enough.
The dog on the table
New temp staff, unfamiliar dog. The profile says he snaps during nail trimming and the dryer may only run on setting 1. No asking around, no incident.
The month-end close
What came in this month? The dashboard totals up completed treatments. Cancelled ones stay out, otherwise the number would be wrong.
What the first week looks like
No import, no training, no setup day. What you actually do is three things — and two of them happen alongside your normal work.
Choose your business type
When you create the account you pick "dog salon". From then on every pet record carries the fields that matter at the grooming table: coat type and length, behaviour during grooming, allergies and the date of the last visit. No field setup, no configuration.
Add regulars as you go
Instead of sacrificing an evening to your card box, you add each client at their next appointment. After two or three weeks of normal operation your active client base is in. Anyone who came only once needs no record.
Fixed rhythms as a series
The poodle that comes every eight weeks is entered once as a recurring appointment — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. From then on the follow-ups appear in the calendar by themselves. If one is missed, you cancel it individually without breaking the series.
Before you start
What is simply there at the end of the month
Every appointment carries a service and a price. Tick it off as done and FellDesk counts it towards the monthly overview. At the end of the month you see how many treatments actually took place and what came in — no tally sheet, no recalculating at the kitchen table.
This replaces neither bookkeeping nor a till. It answers the question that used to be answered only roughly: was this month better than the last, and why?
