For solo groomers and small salons · No commission per appointment
Management software for dog salons and pet sittersThe schedule that knows every coat.
Appointments, pet records, client list. Nothing beyond that — no booking portal, no till, no modules you never open. What FellDesk does know is which allergies and intolerances a pet has, and when its vaccination runs out.
Free plan forever · No credit card required · Servers in Germany
Setting up as a dog groomer, or taking on your first sitting jobs?
Then you are exactly the kind of business FellDesk was built for. In the beginning it is a handful of clients and a calendar in your head – which carries you surprisingly far. Right up to the day you are standing in front of a dog and can no longer remember whether the allergy was the food or the shampoo. That is when having it written down starts to pay off.
Costs you nothing at this stage
The Free plan is free forever, not for 14 days. Five clients with any number of pets, no credit card. Five is where it stops: you can only add a sixth client once you switch to Basic yourself. FellDesk never upgrades you and never charges you on its own.
Nothing to learn first
No training course, no call with a consultant. Create an account, add your first client and their pet, book the first appointment. If you need a manual for that, we did something wrong – it is there anyway.
Nothing to get out of later
No minimum term, no notice period. Download your data as CSV whenever you like and delete your account yourself – without asking us, and without us trying to keep you.
Switching later works too: if you already use a notebook, a spreadsheet or WhatsApp, you add your active clients bit by bit instead of losing an evening to it.
The Saturday that no longer double-books itself
Every appointment is tied to the pet, every pet to its owner. Whoever knows the dog also knows, the moment they open the calendar, how long the grooming takes and what went wrong last time.
The week that no longer plays out in your head
Walks, cat visits and day care spread across the whole week, not just one day. FellDesk remembers which pet is due when, how it copes, and what to feed it.
- Day view with duration, price and status per appointment

Built for businesses with two hands
Most salon software is built for chains: role systems, multi-location management, training videos. FellDesk is for the people who stand at the table themselves and still enter next week's appointments in the evening.
Dog groomers
Grooming history, cut lengths and prices per pet — even when six months pass between two appointments.
Pet sitters
Care periods, key handovers and feeding plans, without anything getting lost in a WhatsApp thread.
Small teams
One account, one calendar, one client list. No arguing over who keeps which list.
What FellDesk deliberately does not do
So you can skip the trial if one of these is a dealbreaker for you:
- No online booking by end customers — you create appointments yourself.
- No integrated cash drawer and no certified point-of-sale function.
- No automatic SMS or email appointment reminders.
- No inventory management for shampoos, accessories, or food sales.
- No separate staff accounts — a business works from one shared login.
- No branch or multi-location management — FellDesk is built for solo businesses and small salons, not for chains.
This is not a roadmap, it is a decision: every one of these would make the interface bigger without helping anyone at the grooming table. What FellDesk does instead is on the features page.

Your first five clients cost nothing
Create an account, add the regular clients coming in this week, and see if it feels better than the notebook. Five clients are free; for the sixth you switch to Basic yourself. Nothing happens automatically.
